Because our products are laboratory research materials, GearedUp Labs does not accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds. Once an order is placed and shipped, it is considered complete and final.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, clear photos of the item(s) received, and photos of the packaging and shipping label. After review, we may offer a replacement item or partial or full store credit. Monetary refunds are only issued in rare cases when replacement is not possible.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, GearedUp Labs is not responsible for lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery errors caused by incorrect addresses. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier to initiate a claim or trace.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately; cancellation is not guaranteed.
NO RETURNS ON RESEARCH MATERIALS
For regulatory and quality-control reasons, GearedUp Labs cannot accept returns of opened or unopened items, research chemicals or peptides, temperature-sensitive products, or items shipped outside standard conditions. This policy ensures product integrity for all customers.
